Dolphin High Return Policy

Deadline for Returns

Customers have the right to return products purchased from Dolphin High within 14 days of receipt. The return period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be returned within the 14-day return period.

2. The product must be unused and in new condition.

3. The original packaging of the product must be undamaged.

4. All related accessories, manuals and other materials must be returned.

5. The product should show no signs of damage or use.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, follow the steps below:

1. Please contact us at info@dolphinhigh.com and include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Upon receipt of your request, we will give you instructions on how to return the product.

3. Make sure the product is properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refund

Once we have received the returned product and verified compliance with our return policy, we will proceed to refund the purchase price, including the initial shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Exceptions

Please note that some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
