Terms and Conditions for Customers of Dolphin High when using our Takeaway Service at Club Animo
Collection conditions:
- Id:
- When picking up an order, it is mandatory to show valid ID to staff. This service is available only to persons 18 years of age or older.
- Order number:
- The order number, listed on the order confirmation email, must be shown to staff at pickup. Be sure to have this order number handy to speed up the process.
- Getting others to pick up:
- If someone else comes to pick up the order on your behalf, that person must be able to show a copy of your ID and the order number.
- Time of pickup:
- Be sure to pick up your order on time. If delays occur, please contact us to make appropriate arrangements.
- Returns or Changes:
- It is possible to return or change products according to our return policy. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. The return conditions as stated in our webshop terms and conditions are in effect.
- Safety precautions:
- Keep in mind any safety measures in effect at the time, such as social distancing and hygiene measures.
- Payment:
